Note: ViralView facilitates genuine user engagement on social media. All activities must comply with platform policies of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media networks. We prohibit fake accounts, bots, or artificial engagement tactics.

5. User Obligations

As a creator, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate social media profile links for missions
  • Post genuine content for engagement missions
  • Set fair point rewards for mission completion
  • Not create misleading or fraudulent missions
  • Follow all social media platform community standards
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

As a user completing missions, you agree to:

  • Use only real, authentic social media accounts
  • Complete missions genuinely (no bots or automation)
  • Not create multiple accounts to earn points fraudulently
  • Follow mission instructions carefully
  • Respect intellectual property and content rights
  • Comply with all social media platform policies

6. Points and Redemption

6.1 Earning Points

  • Users earn points by successfully completing missions (likes, comments, shares)
  • Point amounts are set by creators for each mission
  • Points are credited to your account upon mission verification
  • Point earnings depend on mission availability and completion quality
  • Fraudulent activity will result in point forfeiture and account termination

6.2 Point Redemption

Minimum redemption: Varies by reward type (typically 1,000-10,000 points)

Available rewards: Gift cards, mobile top-ups, cash transfers, and other options

Processing time: Typically within 24-72 hours depending on reward type

Security: We verify all redemption requests and may require identity verification for high-value redemptions

6.3 Service Fees

ViralView charges a small service fee to maintain platform operations and process point redemptions. Creators can post missions for free. Fee structures are transparent and disclosed before any transactions. Processing fees may apply to certain redemption methods.

7. Mission Completion and Quality Standards

  • Follow mission instructions carefully
  • Complete missions with authentic accounts only
  • Provide genuine engagement (likes, comments, shares)
  • Do not use bots, automation, or fake accounts
  • Maintain social media platform policy compliance

7.2 Mission Rejection

We may reject mission completion and withhold points if:

  • Mission instructions were not followed
  • Engagement appears fake or automated
  • Account used is suspected to be fake or bot
  • Multiple accounts used by same person
  • Social media platform policies were violated

8. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete missions
  • Create fake or multiple accounts to earn points fraudulently
  • Manipulate or game the mission verification system
  • Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior
  • Violate any social media platform's terms of service
  • Post spam, harassment, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
  • Share or sell your account credentials
  • Attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities
